Exploring Life Through The Lens

Sexy Sparkling Berry Lemonade

Let’s get real, what people find sexy nowadays seems to be getting really weird now a days.

Electronic devices.

Armpits.

Braces.

Cars.

Armpits… really?

Sparkling Berry Lemonade with bubbles & berry flavor bursting in your mouth. Perfectly sweet & tart tantalizing every taste buds on your tongue.

Seductive food though, now that is actually becoming a real problem. Sweets… dessert… chocolates… cheese… steak… fried chicken… oh my goodness. Organ bursting, heart stopping, life ending problem.

I always have the solution to most food related problems. Moderation. Instead of always hanging on to seductive food, hop over to seductive drinks instead. Balance it all out. And you know, I always have to have my orangina juice every day.

With bubbles reaching your lips, they burst in your mouth along with a pleasant berry flavor that has the perfect sweetness and tartness tantalizing every taste buds on your tongue. Now this is what I call a seductive drink. Sexy sparkling berry lemonade. Beats urinating or defecating any day.

Drink up.

Sparkling Berry Lemonade with bubbles & berry flavor bursting in your mouth. Perfectly sweet & tart tantalizing every taste buds on your tongue.

Quick Recipe         Makes a little over 5 cups addictive lemonade

what you need:

Berry syrup
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen and thawed mix berries
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

1/2 cup lemon juice
4 cups sparkling water or club soda

directions:

1. In a small saucepan, bring berries, sugar and water to a boil over medium heat.

2. Once it starts to boil, let it simmer for 10 minutes. Stir often. Strain. Berries would have softened and liquid reduced and thicked. You should have about 2/3 cup thick berry syrup.

3. In a large pitcher, combine the berry syrup, 1/4 cup lemon juice and sparkling water. Taste and adjust the lemonade (see notes). Serve chilled or with frozen berries.

Notes:

1. Since berries have different sourness or sweetness to them, the tartness will differ. Add lemon juice if it needs to be more tart, add sparkling water if it needs dilution and add sugar if it needs be to sweeter.

2. The berry syrup can also be used for pancakes, waffles or French toast. Just adjust the amount of sugar (if too sweet) and water (if too concentrated) to make your perfect syrup.

PS: I made strawberry syrup using this similar method to make the perfect strawberry milk.
